laneway house

Contemporary in form yet warm and inviting, Laneway House balances clean architectural lines with a natural, understated material palette.

Stepped brickwork in soft, muted tones is complemented by vertical bandsawn cedar, adding texture and warmth to the home's crisp exterior. Inside, a richer palette of timber, deeper tones and carefully considered finishes creates a welcoming contrast, bringing depth and character to the interiors.

Designed around light, privacy and connection to the outdoors, the north-facing living spaces open effortlessly to a sheltered entertaining area and swimming pool. Generous glazing draws natural light deep into the home, while the seamless relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces creates an inviting setting for both everyday family life and entertaining.
