About the role

You will work closely with our Architectural Manager and Director to support the design and documentation of residential and commercial projects.

The role includes preparing concept plans, developed design drawings, working drawings and building consent documentation. Experience with Revit would be highly beneficial, as we continue to develop our Revit systems, templates and workflows.

About you

Ideally, you will have:

• At least three years’ experience in an Architectural Designer, Architectural Technician or similar role

• Strong technical documentation skills

• A good understanding of NZS3604, the New Zealand Building Code and the building consent process

• Experience with Revit and AutoCAD

• Strong attention to detail

• Good communication and organisation skills

• A positive, practical approach and the ability to work well within a team

A relevant qualification in Architecture or Architectural Technology recognised in New Zealand is preferred.

Position: Full time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
Location: Cambridge, Waikato
Salary: Negotiated based on experience
