We were engaged to design a high-end, mixed use space, for both commercial and residential application, for a central Cambridge location.
The resultant design is a unique contemporary three storied building clad in Eurostyle iron, recycled red brick with vast light-embracing glazing throughout. The iron latticework is a stand out feature both inside and out, and will prove highly functional for both shade and privacy at the front entrance.
The 2007m2 building will comprise a basement for parking, first floor for commercial offices and the top floor for five stunning apartments with roof-top terraces overlooking the Cambridge CBD.
This building will be located in a prominent position in Cambridge and is set to become an iconic feature of the township.
